Historic buildings that still exist in this area include the Waller Funeral Home built in 1876, the Nolensville Mill Company built in 1890, and the Home Place bed & Breakfast which was built in 1820.
The city has enjoyed regular growth since 1996, and there are currently several new Nolensville TN homes for sale. Area developments featuring more current Nolensville homes include Bent Creek, Burkitt Place, Ballenger Farms and Sunset Farms.
